Why should you exercise now?

This is a great question and we hear it a lot from people over the age of 60. The benefits of exercise for anybody are well publicized, but somehow we get a few gray hairs and then decide that it's too late for us.

It’s never too late.

We perform assessments to help track improvements in your range of motion, balance, cardiovascular fitness, and strength.
