  • Not at all! Although everyone has different tolerances for it, we work together in the session to find a level of intensity that is productive and not uncomfortable.

  • We have rates for self-pay and a pending relationship with Medicaid for billing. The cost for those vary by frequency of visit. We encourage you to reach out to us for more information.

  • Typically, sessions are 45 minutes long.

  • We recommend 2 sessions per week, scheduled on a recurring day and time that makes sense for you.

  • Yes! It's not too late. Our care team are all fitness professionals who have extensive experience creating challenging but doable workouts for people of any ability

  • We're proud to say we are the first and only home health care agency in Texas that offers exercise as its primary service. Home health care agencies operate under the license by the state of “personal assistance services.” This PAS designation includes things like administering medication, getting dressed, assisting with activities of daily living, and exercise.

  • The only patients who shouldn’t use electrical stimulation while exercising are those who have a pacemaker or are pregnant. If you fall into 1 of these 2 categories, we can still exercise together but not use the electrical stimulation machine

  • With our version of medical grade fitness, you're going to feel the effects of the workout after the very first session. For those experiencing chronic pain, exercising with electrical stimulation should provide noticeable changes in that pain after 6 to 8 sessions

  • During our visit, we're going to perform simple yet challenging exercises that are designed to get your heart pumping and your muscles stronger. We tailor each each workout to your needs!

  • Our medical grade fitness program uses the same electrical stimulation machine that therapists use when treating patients who have stroke, TBI, neuropathies, and a host of other neuro conditions.

  • You might feel a little bit of muscle soreness, but nothing above a 3 or 4 out of 10 in discomfort. You might also notice an increase in appetite, thirst, and enjoy deeper sleep. Since exercise improves your mood as well, you might find that you are a little happier than normal. And for good reason!

  • We do not take insurance but we do take Medicaid.
