Noemi Matos
Practitioner

Fitness has been a part of my life since 2009. Over the course of the past 6 years, I really began honing in my skills, knowledge, and experience as not only a Group Fitness Coach but as Personal Trainer. I love that people are like puzzles, not every piece will fit where it looks like it should, and not everyone comes together the same way. The part of my job that I enjoy most is figuring out how exactly each individual moves, where we can work on imbalances and weakness, and turn them into not only strength gains, but the best possible quality of movement throughout your days and lives!

I have a Bachelors of Science in Biology, and worked as a Coastal Ecologist, but life had other plans when we moved to Austin! I began my journey as a Group Fitness Instructor then got recruited into the Personal Training world by people who saw my potential and attention to detail. I also did competitive Powerlifting, and have a few medals under my belt. My passion is form and technique when it comes to exercise and fitness. I want you to move to the best of your ability, whether it's recovering from an injury or just trying to max out a deadlift! As important as form is, I also emphasize recovery and hands on body release techniques and a certification in Orthopedic Myofascial Release.

Besides Fitness, I love spending time adventuring and traveling with my family, doing art projects, and just enjoying life!
